These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the dn999 platform, including the website at dn999.co, all associated mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
All dn999 accounts require the holder to be at least 21 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
Each individual may hold only one dn999 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
Use of bots, exploits, arbitrage strategies targeting system errors, or collusion is strictly prohibited and voids all associated winnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dn999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your negligence.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dn999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.

Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement.
2.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler who has registered for self-exclusion with any gambling authority, and that the funds you deposit are from legitimate sources.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) dn999 Account. Registering, operating, or having access to more than one Account — whether in your own name or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. dn999 may, upon detecting duplicate accounts, void all bonuses, forfeit all outstanding balances, and permanently close all associated Accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. dn999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts registered with false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). dn999 is required to verify member identities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and international gaming authority requirements. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
3.4 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify dn999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. dn999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts with a positive real-money balance that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. dn999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM 50 to dormant Accounts after providing notice to the registered email or mobile number.
5.1 General. dn999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

5.4 Promotional Changes. dn999 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bets placed in good faith under promotion terms are honoured.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the dn999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at dn999's sole discretion. dn999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing reasons.
6.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, mis-posted odds, or incorrect game outcomes due to technical faults — dn999 reserves the right to void all bets affected by such an error. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
6.3 Technical Disruptions. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game session, dn999's server logs constitute the definitive record of game state and outcome. Unfinished game rounds interrupted by a connection failure are handled in accordance with each game provider's published rules.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall dn999's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risks. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your dn999 Wallet. dn999 accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the Platform.
10.1 Suspension by dn999. dn999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) dn999 suspects a breach of this Agreement; (b) dn999 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) dn999 has reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party; or (d) dn999 is investigating a dispute or complaint relating to your Account.
10.2 Termination by dn999. dn999 may terminate your Account and this Agreement permanently where: (a) you have materially breached this Agreement; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; or (c) continued operation of your Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to dn999. Upon termination for cause, any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable deductions for abuse, fraud, or breach) shall be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your dn999 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with dn999's Responsible Gaming Policy.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
13.3 Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
13.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with dn999's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and dn999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
